//Chad Kincer_Lead Student Pastor
Chad joined the Severns Valley staff in January 2010. Chad and his wife Emberly have been married for 5 yrs., and recently expanded their family with the birth of their first child, Liv Grace. He is 2 semesters away from finishing his M.Div from Southern Seminary. His greatest hope for the Severns Valley students is that they would grow to love the Jesus of the BIble, and to follow him with reckless abandon.

Jay joined the slm staff @ Severns Valley in February 2010. Jay is originally from Thomas, OK. He recently moved to Kentucky to pursue a Masters Degree from Southern Seminary. Jay is passionate about seeing the next generation embrace the transforming power of the Gospel.

Phil joined the slm staff @ Severns Valley in June 2010. Phil recently graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, OK. Phil is passionate about helping the slm community see God for who he is through creative moments of teaching in music, writing, and spoken word.

The slm community is made up of middle school and high school students in grades 6-12. Our students come from all over the greater Hardin County area. We are passionate about creating welcoming environments for first time and returning guests. We hold an “open door”, “all are welcome” mentality.
